El municipi dona, aix\u00ed, un pas m\u00e9s en aquesta f\u00f3rmula d&#8217;autoconsum col\u00b7lectiu, de manera que els usuaris participants en la CEL podran rebre energia en hores sense producci\u00f3 solar, incrementant la seua independ\u00e8ncia i els seus estalvis en electricitat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La primera instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 de la comunitat energ\u00e8tica de Portell ser\u00e0 un hort solar, en una parcel\u00b7la de s\u00f2l r\u00fastic pr\u00f2xima a les piscines de la localitat, i donar\u00e0 subministrament a uns 90 usuaris -serveis p\u00fablics, llars i pimes-. Per a la posada en marxa d&#8217;aquest nou projecte, compta amb el suport de Sapiens Energia -cooperativa especialitzada en el disseny, construcci\u00f3 i gesti\u00f3 de comunitats energ\u00e8tiques- i el finan\u00e7ament de l&#8217;Institut Valenci\u00e0 de Competitivitat Empresarial (Ivace).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&#8217;alcalde, \u00c1lvaro Ferrer, assenyala que \u201caquest projecte respon a una convicci\u00f3 personal i compartida amb la resta de la corporaci\u00f3 i, per aix\u00f2, treballarem bra\u00e7 a bra\u00e7 amb totes les administracions que vulguen i desitgen sumar-se a aquest conjunt de projectes il\u00b7lusionants amb la finalitat de millorar la qualitat de vida de tots els nostres ve\u00efns i ve\u00efnes, convertint a Portell en un municipi lliure de CO\u2082 i energ\u00e8ticament autosuficient\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Amb la comunitat energ\u00e8tica, Portell fa un pas m\u00e9s en el seu objectiu de convertir-se en municipi autosostenible. Entre les mesures que ha implementat en els \u00faltims exercicis, destaquen la construcci\u00f3 de diverses instal\u00b7lacions productores d&#8217;energia solar per a autoconsum en edificis i serveis p\u00fablics, com les constru\u00efdes sobre el sostre de l&#8217;edifici polifuncional, del poliesportiu o en la central de generaci\u00f3 de calor -les tres, subvencionades pel Ivace-; el primer punt p\u00fablic de rec\u00e0rrega per a vehicles el\u00e8ctrics de la prov\u00edncia de Castell\u00f3, i una xarxa de calor (<em>district heating<\/em>), generat amb biomassa, que dona cobertura a tot el nucli urb\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquesta xarxa de calor i cogeneraci\u00f3 amb calderes de biomassa va ser guanyadora en la categoria de \u201cMillor Actuaci\u00f3 promoguda per ajuntaments o agrupacions d&#8217;ajuntaments de menys de 20.000 habitants\u201d en els Premis Nacionals de l&#8217;Energia en 2018.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Amb la posada en marxa de la comunitat energ\u00e8tica, Portell de Morella s&#8217;uneix al grup de municipis pioners a Espanya a apostar per aquest model d&#8217;autoconsum col\u00b7lectiu de proximitat, considerat per la normativa europea clau per a aconseguir la transici\u00f3 energ\u00e8tica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"940\" height=\"788\" src=\"https:\/\/portelldemorella.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/Plaques-solars-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-7178\" srcset=\"https:\/\/portelldemorella.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/Plaques-solars-1.png 940w, https:\/\/portelldemorella.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/Plaques-solars-1-300x251.png 300w, https:\/\/portelldemorella.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/Plaques-solars-1-768x644.png 768w, https:\/\/portelldemorella.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/Plaques-solars-1-600x503.png 600w, https:\/\/portelldemorella.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/Plaques-solars-1-560x469.png 560w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 940px) 100vw, 940px\" \/><\/figure>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La Comunitat Energ\u00e8tica Local de Portell, un pas m\u00e9s per a ser un municipi sostenible i autosuficient<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":7178,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[97],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-7177","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-ayuntamiento-ca"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v24.4 -
